Melissa is a 21 year-old senior Printmaking major at the University of Georgia

in Athens, GA. She is originally from the podunk town of Arcadia, FL., where she has

been fortunate enough to spend most of her life. She is convinced that living in a

place where the nearest malls and movie theaters are 30 miles away and the county

fair is the biggest attraction of the year has aided in making her the oddly creative

person everyone knows and loves today.

She recently received a summer internship working at Yee-Haw Industries in

Knoxville, TN. In 10 years she hopes to be in the midst of a fun career where she

can utilize her creative genius - but most importantly be happy with what she is

doing with her life.
